Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) - Drugs and alchohol are involved in most cases of crime and abuse. The DARE program (implemented by The Harris County Sheriff's Office) teaches children not only to refuse illicit drugs, tobacco, and alcohol, but also how to avoid gangs and violence. Kindergarten - 6th Grade classes and visitations offered.
Houston Area Crime Stoppers - Crime Stoppers of Houston will pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and charging of any felony suspects. All callers will remain anonymous.
